Chocolate Olive Oil Cookies

For Sex and the City benders

1 ¾ cup flour 

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt 

¾ cup brown sugar

¼ cup sugar 

¼ cup cocoa powder 

1 ½ cups chocolate chips 

1 egg

1 egg yolk 

½ cup olive oil 

4 TB butter - melted 

Mix together the dry, then add in the wet. Form into a dough. Scoop into balls and top with flake salt. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes, until bottoms are golden. Enjoy!
