Artichoke Spinach Dip

Party people



8oz cream cheese - softened 

¼ cup mayo 

¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese 

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 

1 can artichoke hearts - drained (squeezed) and chopped 

1 cup spinach (frozen, thawed and drained very well)

½ tsp pepper and salt to taste 


Mix everything together - you can either chill it and have it cold or bake it in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
