Chocolate Chip Blueberry Muffins

Sprinkles for everyone.



2 cups flour

¾ cup sugar

1 TB baking soda 

½ tsp salt 

½ cup blueberries

¼ cup chocolate chips

1 cup milk

1 egg

¼ cup canola oil 

Chocolate sprinkles - for topping


Mix together the dry. Make a well and add in the wet. Whisk well to combine. Scoop into lined or greased muffin tines. Top with chocolate sprinkles. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes. The tops will dome and a knife will come out clean.
