Melba Crumble

Celebrate fruit with brown sugar and butter.

6 peaches - cubed
2 pints raspberries
Crumble:
2 cups flour
½ cup brown sugar
2 cups oats
6 TB butter
¼ cup cream
½ tsp salt
Line a 9x9 baking pan with half of the cubed peaches and 1 pint raspberries. Mix together the flour through the salt and top the peaches and raspberries with half of the crumble mixture. Put the remaining fruit on top and then the remaining crumble on top. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, until the fruit is bubbly and fork tender.
