Cakey Cocoa Brownie

Never decline a brownie. 


ree

¾ cup dark cocoa powder 

¼ lb softened butter

1 cup sugar 

½ cup honey 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

3 eggs

¾ cup flour 

1 tsp salt 

1 bar caramel chocolate (optional - I just felt like adding more sweetness)


Whip together the dark cocoa, butter, sugar, honey and vanilla. Whip in the eggs and beat about 3 minutes until fluffy. Fold in the flour and salt. Pour into an 8x8 pan and top with caramel chocolate, if using. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until the top middle has risen and doesn’t deflate down.
