I typically like my blended drinks to contain alcohol and be from HomeTeam and go by the name of Game Changer but sometimes I’m ok with a fruit-based smoothie. And at a brunch when you’re eating everything you love, a delicious smoothie is a great addition.
4 bananas - it is a MUST for me that they are very frozen
2 cups frozen cherries
4 cups milk - any kind you like!
¼ cup almond butter
¼ cup cocoa powder (or you can sub chocolate protein powder, which I do sometimes and I love)
2 cups ice
Blend, baby blend! If it’s too thick just add more milk or add water. If you love any ingredient here and want more of it - add more! Smoothies should be more measured by desire and less by necessity.
