Apple Yogurt Cake w/ Honey Sourcream Frosting

2 cups flour
½ cup rye flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
½ cup yogurt
1 ½ cups applesauce (unsweetened)
⅓ cup canola oil
1 TB vinegar
Whisk together the dry ingredients, from the flour to the baking soda. Add in the liquid from the eggs to the vinegar. Whisk to combine. Pour into a cake pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-55 minutes, until a knife comes out clean. Frost with Honey Sour Cream Frosting and top with blueberries.
Honey Sour Cream Frosting
½ cup Sour Cream
2 TB honey
1 cup powdered sugar
Whisk to combine - if you like it thicker add more powdered sugar
